Characters stay. Appearance changes.
The copy button returns the exact Unicode characters in the input. A font preview changes how those characters are drawn; it does not turn them into a separate cursive alphabet.
The six fonts requested on this page provide Cyrillic subsets in Google Fonts. Coverage and handwritten forms can still differ across languages, extended characters, and writing traditions. Check important text with a language-specific reference.

Does this generator change my Cyrillic characters?

Why can Cyrillic letters look different between fonts?
Cyrillic handwriting and italic forms vary by font, language, region, and writing model. A font preview is a design reference, not a universal handwriting lesson.
Is the text uploaded or saved?
