02 / Where it fits

A visual mark for real work.

Use the preview as a design reference and keep the output type clear. A PNG can preserve the look; it does not replace the actual signing process.

01 / Email

Email signature

Use the transparent PNG as a visual name mark beside typed contact details. Keep the actual email address and role as selectable text.

02 / Document

PDF or document

Preview a name treatment for a cover, letterhead, proposal, or mockup. Use the document’s required signing method when approval or identity matters.

03 / Practice

Personal signature ideas

Compare full-name and initials directions, then write the mark repeatedly by hand until the version feels comfortable to reproduce.

03 / Boundaries

Know what you are exporting.

Unicode Copy is editable text

It can be pasted into supported apps, but glyphs may change with the receiving font, device, and assistive technology.

PNG is a fixed visual

The browser canvas renders the original name with a real script font on a transparent background. The download is an image, not selectable document text.

Tilt follows the font

This version intentionally has no separate tilt control. Each included signature font already supplies its own slant; the page does not expose a control that would suggest unsupported precision.

Product and editorial check

Published by the Cursive Generator editorial team. This page was checked against the actual browser tool, its canvas export path, the Unicode display limitation, and the signature guidance linked below. No legal or professional signing credential is implied.

04 / Questions

Before you use the mark.

Can I create a cursive signature from my full name?

Yes. Enter a full name, keep Full name selected, and compare the signature-focused script font previews before copying or downloading one of the results.

Can I try initials instead of my full name?

Yes. Choose Initials and the tool will use the first letter of each name part, up to four initials, while keeping your original name in the input.

Can I use the PNG as a legal signature?

The PNG is a visual reference for design and personal branding. It does not prove identity or perform the act of signing; follow the actual document or electronic-signing workflow when consent must be recorded.

What is the difference between Unicode Copy and PNG?

Unicode Copy produces editable text that can be pasted into supported apps. PNG export draws the original name with a real script font on a transparent canvas, so it keeps a more consistent visual shape but is an image.

Can I control the signature tilt?

There is no separate tilt slider in this version. Each signature font supplies its own slant, so the page does not show a control that it cannot safely apply to the font rendering.

For the separate question of whether a signature must be cursive, read Does a Signature Have to Be Cursive?. It explains the limits of general information and why a generated image should remain a design reference.
